Our candidates are interviewed in person by our highly trained consultants, skill testing and situational questions are posed, and past work experience and individual character are explored in detail. An intensive behavioral interview is conducted. Our interviews focus on evaluating common sense, integrity, and desire to work with children or the elderly. References are personally checked by our consultants, who verify employment history and job responsibilities. Our consultants check not only the experience but also the character of the nanny or caregiver. We hire a detective agency to conduct the criminal background check on our candidates.
These interviews and reference checks are a crucial part of ensuring the best possible match for you and your family. Hiring a candidate can be accomplished within a matter of days, depending on you availability for interviews and sense of urgency. If for some reason it is not a good match and things are not going smoothly, we have a six months guarantee of free replacements for nannies or eldercare. This means that within that period of time if things are simply not working out, we introduce you to new candidates within 24 hours. Our dedicated team will work in emergency mode to ensure that your needs are met as quickly as possible.
