These interviews and reference checks are a crucial part of ensuring the best possible match for you and your family. Hiring a candidate can be accomplished within a matter of days, depending on you availability for interviews and sense of urgency. If for some reason it is not a good match and things are not going smoothly, we have a six months guarantee of free replacements for nannies or eldercare. This means that within that period of time if things are simply not working out, we introduce you to new candidates within 24 hours.
